WHEREFORE, premises considered, this court finds accused Roxin Grace Batomalaque guilty beyond reasonable doubt of violating Sections 4(a) and (e), qualified by Section 6(a) of Republic Act No. 9208, and sentencing her in each case to suffer the penalty of life imprisonment and a fine of [PHP] 2,000,000.00, without eligibility for parole. Accused is ordered to pay each of the private complainants: [PHP] 500,000.
