Maypa, which is derived from Original Certificate of Title No. O-143; ANNULLING the subsequently issued Original Certificate of Title No. P-8676 in the name of defendant Ligaya O. Ancheta; ANNULLING the subsequently issued Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-291638 in the name of Lito O. Ancheta; DIRECTING the Register of Deeds to cancel OCT No. P-8676 and TCT No. T-291638; DIRECTING defendants to return the possession of the property embraced in Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-16309 to [respondents]; DIRECTING [respondents] to reimburse all the realty taxes paid by [petitioners] as reflected in the records of the City Treasurer's Office.
