ARCELO and ROBERTO BORROMEO, GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of Violation of [Section] 3(e) of [Republic Act No.] 3019, otherwise known as the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act, sentencing them to suffer indeterminate sentence of imprisonment for a period of [six years] and [one month] as minimum to [10 years] as maximum, with perpetual disqualification from holding any public office, and ACQUITTING Accused ROSA ANNA DUAVIT-SANTIAGO and CORAZON NERA due to insufficiency of evidence; In Criminal Case No. SB-12-CRM-0135, finding Accused ADRIANO A.
