MANGUDADATU's Certificate of Candidacy for Governor of Sultan Kudarat for the 09 May 2022 National and Local Elections is hereby CANCELLED . Let the records of the case be forwarded to the Law Department of this Commission for the conduct of a preliminary investigation relative to the election offense aspect of this case.
