TL;DR — Ruling
WHEREFORE , the foregoing premises considered, judgment is rendered finding accused KENNETH ASPIRAS y CORPUZ guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Homicide, and hereby sentences him to an indeterminate penalty of seven (7) years of prision mayor , in its minimum period, as minimum, to fourteen (14) years of reclusion temporal in its minimum period, as maximum. Said accused is further ordered to pay the heirs of the victim in the amount of P50,000.

Said accused is further ordered to pay the heirs of the victim in the amount of P50,000.00 by way of civil indemnity and the amount of P50,000.00 by way of moral damages consistent with prevailing jurisprudence with interest of six percent (6%) per annum from the date of finality of this Judgment until full satisfaction thereof. SO ORDERED.
