WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered finding the accused Monico Badillo GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Murder punishable under Article 248 of the Revised Penal Code, as amended, for which he is hereby sentenced to suffer the single indivisible penalty of RECLUSION PERPETUA together with all the accessory penalties attached thereto, to indemnify the heirs of the deceased JOSEPH OLBES in the amount of [PHP 75,000.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered finding the accused Monico Badillo GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Murder punishable under Article 248 of the Revised Penal Code, as amended, for which he is hereby sentenced to suffer the single indivisible penalty of RECLUSION PERPETUA together with all the accessory penalties attached thereto, to indemnify the heirs of the deceased JOSEPH OLBES in the amount of [PHP 75,000.00] as civil indemnity for his death, [PHP 75,000.00] as moral damages, [PHP 20,000.00] as attorney's fees and [PHP 30,000.00] as exemplary damages and to pay the costs. The preventive imprisonment already served by the accused shall be credited in the service of his sentence pursuant to the provision of Article 29 of the Revised Penal Code, amended. SO ORDERED.
