WHEREFORE, finding accused KAHAR SUNDANG LANGUIDO alias SAYDONA guilty by proof beyond reasonable doubt for the offense of Murder , with attendant aggravating circumstances of treachery, he is hereby sentenced to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua , without eligibility for parole under RA 9346.
