WHEREFORE , judgment is rendered as follows: 1) In Criminal Case No. 26770 , for failure of the prosecution to prove the guilt of the accused Atty. Meinrado Enrique A. Bello, Atty. Manuel S. Satuito and Minviluz Camiña beyond reasonable doubt, they are ACQUITTED of violation of Section 3 (e) of Republic Act No. 3019 . 2) In Criminal Case No. 26771 , accused Atty. Meinrado Enrique A. Bello, Atty. Manuel S. Satuito and Minviluz Camiña are found GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of violation of Section 3 (e) of Republic Act No. 3019 . They are hereby sentenced to suffer an indeterminate penalty of imprisonment of SIX (6) YEARS and ONE (1) MONTH as minimum to TEN (10) YEARS as maximum . Additionally, Atty. Meinrado Enrique A. Bello and Atty. Manuel Satuito are sentenced to suffer perpetual disqualification to hold public office. 3) In Criminal Case No. 26772 , accused Atty. Meinrado Enrique A. Bello, Atty. Manuel S. Satuito and Minviluz Camiña are found GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of violation of Section 3 (e) of Republic Act No. 3019. They are hereby sentenced to suffer an indeterminate penalty of imprisonment of SIX (6) YEARS and ONE (1) MONTH as minimum to TEN (10) YEARS as maximum . Additionally, Atty. Meinrado Enrique A. Bello and Atty. Manuel Satuito are sentenced to suffer perpetual disqualification to hold public office. 4) In Criminal Case No. 26773 , accused Atty. Meinrado Enrique A. Bello, Atty. Manuel S.
