WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment [i]s hereby rendered ordering [petitioners] to jointly and severally pay [Bobiles] the amount of US$102,308.00 as his total permanent disability compensation, plus attorney's fees equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total monetary award or in their Philippine peso equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the actual date of payment. SO ORDERED.
