WHEREFORE , premises considered, Manuel Ubarra, Jr. y Tagunicar is GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Perjury, and is sentenced to suffer the indeterminate penalty of imprisonment ranging from 1 month and 1 day of arresto mayor , as minimum, to 1 year and 8 months of prision correccional , as maximum. SO ORDERED.
