WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered as follows: The Court finds petitioner GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of committing the crime of Other Acts of Abuse under Section 10(a) of Article VI of [Republic Act No.] 7610 and applying the Indeterminate Sentence Law, the Court hereby sentences her to suffer imprisonment of four (4) years, nine (9) months and eleven (11) days of prison correctional , as minimum, to six (6) years and one (1) day of prison mayor , as maximum.
