WHEREFORE , a judgment is hereby rendered directing and ordering [Roger Galon Longno's] local agent against[,] SKANFIL MARITIME SERVICES, INC., and its principal[,] CROWN MANAGEMENT, INC. for Total Permanent Disability Benefits[,] to jointly and severally pay [petitioner] ROGER GALON LONGNO in the amount of [ USD 60,000.00 ], or its equivalent in Philippine currency at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of actual payment[,] plus 10% thereof or in the amount of [ USD 6,000.
