WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Court finds Joemarie Ubanon alias Jomarie Francisco alias Alex guilty beyond reasonable doubt for Qualified Trafficking and sentences him to life imprisonment and pay a fine of [PHP 2,000,000.00] without eligibility for parole. He is also directed to pay [AAA270934], [BBB270934] and [CCC270934] the sum of [PHP] 200,000.00 as moral damages and [PHP] 100,000.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Court finds Joemarie Ubanon alias Jomarie Francisco alias Alex guilty beyond reasonable doubt for Qualified Trafficking and sentences him to life imprisonment and pay a fine of [PHP 2,000,000.00] without eligibility for parole. He is also directed to pay [AAA270934], [BBB270934] and [CCC270934] the sum of [PHP] 200,000.00 as moral damages and [PHP] 100,000.00 as exemplary damages with interest at 6% per annum until full payment. Joemarie Ubanon alias Jomarie Francisco alias Alex shall serve sentence at Davao Penal Farm and Prison, Dujali, Davao del Norte. His preventive suspension at BJMP xxxxxxxxxxx is fully credited in the service of his sentence. The charge against Amirah Macadatar alias Omera is archived pending her arrest. Let alias warrant of arrest issue against her. SO ORDERED.
