WHEREFORE , premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered finding the accused ELIZALDE G. GABALEÑO GUILTY BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT OF MALVERSATION defined and penalized under Article 217 of the Revised Penal Code, as amended, and he is hereby sentenced to suffer the indeterminate penalty of imprisonment ranging from four (4) years, nine (9) months[,] and eleven (11) days of prision correccional , as minimum, to seven (7) years, four (4) months and one (1) day of prision mayor, as maximum.
