ACCORDINGLY , the Petition is DENIED . The March 10, 2023 Decision and October 24, 2023 Resolution of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. CR-HC No. 02507-MIN are AFFIRMED . Petitioner Rosello Ampong y Gabor is GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of violation of Section 11 of Republic Act No. 9165 in Criminal Case No. 18733. He is sentenced to suffer the penalty of life imprisonment and is ORDERED to PAY a fine of PHP 500,000.00. SO ORDERED.
