ACCORDINGLY , the Petition is DENIED . The Decision dated May 12, 2023 and the Resolution dated November 30, 2023 of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No. 10672-MIN, affirming the acquittal of accused Ma. Lourdes Canoy y Delos Reyes of qualified trafficking punishable under Republic Act No. 9208, Sections 4(a) and 4(k)(2), in relation to Section 6, as amended; and obscene publications and indecent shows and child abuse punishable under Republic Act No. 7610, Sections 9 and 10(a), respectively, in relation to Republic Act No. 10175 are AFFIRMED . SO ORDERED.
