WHEREFORE , premises considered, the Motion for Reconsideration is GRANTED. The Original Decision dated 21 September 2022 is SET ASIDE. An Amended Decision is hereby rendered, to the effect that the RTC's Decision dated 28 January 2020 in SCA No. 4118 is REVERSED and the plaintiff-appellee Goldland Tower Condominium Corporation's Complaint DISMISSED, as elaborated in this Amended Decision.
