Ruling

WHEREFORE , in view of the foregoing, the court renders judgment in favor of plaintiff and against defendant Spouses Oscar and Angelita Abel, and the latter are hereby ordered: To pay plaintiff Fatima Fuerte the amount of Ten Million Pesos (P10,000,000.00) with monthly interest at the rate of one percent (1%) from the date of extra-judicial demand (February 14, 2011) until the date of judgment plus legal interest of six percent (6%) per annum from the date of finality of judgment until fully paid. To pay plaintiff the amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos (P50,000.00), as attorney's fees. The claim against defendant Planters Development [Bank] is hereby ordered DISMISSED for lack of merit. SO ORDERED.
