So to pay defendant Food Fest the amount of Thirty Two Thousand Pesos ([PHP] 32,000.00) as reimbursement for rentals paid for the months of July and August 2000; Twenty Thousand Pesos ([PHP] 20,000.00) as exemplary damages; Twenty Thousand Pesos ([PHP] 20,000.
