WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, the Court finds accused [XXX275373], [YYY275373], and [ZZZ275373] GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of violating Section 4(a) qualified by Section 6 (a) and (c) of Republic Act No. 9208, as amended, and hereby sentences each of them to suffer the penalty of LIFE IMPRISONMENT and to pay a fine of Two Million Pesos ([PHP] 2,000,000.00). In addition, accused [XXX275373], [YYY275373] and [ZZZ275373] are ordered to pay [AAA275373] [PHP] 500,000.
