WHEREFORE, premises considered, FCash Global Lending Inc. is hereby ORDERED by this Commission to pay Grace M. Trimillos nominal damages in the amount of fifteen thousand pesos ([PHP] 15,000.00). This Commission FORWARDS this Decision and a copy of the pertinent case records to the Department of Justice, recommending the prosecution of FCash Global Lending Inc. for the crimes of Processing of Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information for Unauthorized Purposes as provided under Section 28 and Malicious Disclosure as provided under Section 31 of Republic Act No. 10173 otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012. SO ORDERED.
