WHEREFORE, PREMISES considered and upon finding this Complaint to be meritorious, this Panel of Voluntary Labor Arbitrators hereby Orders that the following monetary compensations be awarded to the herein complainant: Total and permanent disability benefits in the amount of USD 104,866.00 pursuant to the rate of disability pay for seafarers under "ratings" category, as prescribed under the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement between the parties; Sickness allowance amounting to USD 2,560.
