WHEREFORE, premises considered and with the prosecution having been able to prove the guilt of accused RESTY LACONSAY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Acts of Lasciviousness in relation to RA 7610, he is hereby sentenced to suffer an indeterminate penalty of twelve (12) years, ten (10) months and twenty (20) days of reclusion temporal as minimum to fifteen (15) years, six (6) months and twenty (20) days of reclusion temporal as maximum.

With respect to civil liabilities, in accordance with prevailing jurisprudence, [petitioner] Laconsay is ordered to pay AAA the amounts of P20,000 as civil indemnity, P15,000 as moral damages, and P15,000 as exemplary damages. SO ORDERED.
